About Us

Pulsecore Solutions, LLC is a health & safety training provider. We are an aligned training site with the American Heart Association, authorized to teach all AHA disciplines, including bloodborne pathogens, CPR/AED/First Aid, BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and ASLS. We also offer BLS and CPR/AED/First Aid training from the American Red Cross for those who require certification from their agency for work or school requirements.

Pulsecore Solutions, LLC started in southern Rhode Island as "South County CPR & First Aid" in 2019.  We began by offering CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS training. Eventually, we integrated more courses, including advanced training. Over time, our business took on a new format, and we began to offer exclusively hybrid training at our facility, leveraging AHA eLearning resources to deliver high-quality, time-efficient certification courses. Shortly after opening, we began ​offering on-site training services to companies, businesses, and professional organizations throughout the region, including Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Since 2019, Pulsecore Solutions, LLC has trained hundreds of healthcare professionals and lay responders in our training center and at our on-site training events. Since our humble beginnings, our organization has grown and developed significantly, but our mission stays the same: increase the availability of high-quality, affordable emergency training to our communities.​
