CWDP Terms and Conditions

Participants may receive the workforce development discount only once in their lifetime, although that one-time discount may be applied to multiple eligible courses, whether purchased together or separately. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be shared, reassigned, or combined with any other promotions, vouchers, or discounts. Eligibility documentation may be required at any time, and inaccurate or falsified information will result in the removal of the discount and/or cancellation of registration.

The workforce development discount may be applied to eligible American Heart Association certification courses offered by the Training Site, including BLS Provider, ACLS Provider, and PALS Provider.  Course availability may vary based on scheduling, instructor assignments, and training site resources.

We reserve the right to modify eligibility, discount amounts, approved courses, or terms at any time.
Changes do not affect discounts already redeemed.

We reserve the full right and sole discretion to review all workforce development program applications, request additional documentation, and approve or deny participation for any reason permitted by law. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, discount eligibility, or course enrollment. Applications may be denied if documentation is incomplete, unverifiable, inconsistent with program requirements, or if the training site determines the applicant does not meet eligibility criteria.

These terms and conditions apply to the Community Workforce Development Program discount only. Candidates who register for a course must also be aware of, and agree to, the general course terms and conditions as found by clicking here.
